By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

Palsir provides digital-identity services: username claims, Instagram legacy verification, verified TikTok accounts, press placements, account recovery, and Instagram growth campaigns. This website describes those services; the services themselves are agreed and delivered individually, with communication over Telegram.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to engage our services.

The website has no accounts. When using it, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download its content
• Probe, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting
• Misrepresent the site or its content as your own

• Fixed quote first. Every engagement starts with an assessment and a fixed quote. Rates shown on this site are starting points; the quote you accept is the price.
• Honest feasibility. We tell you before anything starts whether your case is achievable. If we assess something as not feasible, we will say so rather than take the engagement.
• Accurate information. You agree to give us truthful, complete information about your case, including proof of ownership where relevant. An engagement based on false information can be terminated without refund.

• Inactive accounts only. We claim only handles that have been completely inactive for over a year. We do not touch active accounts under any circumstances, and we may decline any target that fails this test.
• Delivery. Claimed handles are delivered on a brand-new account, including the original email, with no phone number linked, and the swap is insured until it lands with you.
• If a handle is banned before delivery. We attempt the unban at our own cost. If we cannot recover it, you receive a full refund.

• Secure it immediately. Once we send you account credentials, you must change all passwords right away and link your own contact details.
• After handoff it is yours. Keeping the account secure and active is your responsibility once credentials are delivered. We are not liable for pullbacks, bans, or losses that occur after handoff.
• Follow our handoff brief. We walk you through the exact securing steps; skipping them is at your own risk.

• Account recovery. We assess feasibility first and quote after. You must be the legitimate owner of the account you ask us to recover, and you may be asked for proof of ownership.
• Press placements. You approve the article before it is published. Outlets control their own editorial standards and formats, and timelines vary by outlet.
• Verification and verified accounts. Badges remain subject to the rules of the platform that issues them. Keeping the account in good standing after delivery is your responsibility.
• Growth campaigns. Campaigns run outside your account and require no login. Growth figures shown on this site are real client results, not a guarantee of identical outcomes.

Payment terms are agreed per engagement before work starts; no payments run through this website. Unless stated otherwise in your engagement, refunds apply as described in these terms, such as the full refund for a handle banned before delivery, and do not apply to work already delivered as agreed.

• No affiliation. Palsir is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, or Telegram. All platform names and logos belong to their owners.
• Platform rules still apply. Your use of any social platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms. Platforms act independently, and their decisions are outside our control.

The content of this website, including its text, design, and brand assets, belongs to Palsir. Materials you provide for an engagement, such as your content, brand, and story, remain yours; you grant us only the rights needed to deliver the engagement, for example sharing your story with an outlet for an approved press placement.

Either side can end an engagement by agreement. We may end an engagement without refund if you provide false information, ask us to act against these terms, or use the engagement for unlawful purposes. Where we end an engagement for our own reasons before delivery, you receive a refund for undelivered work.

• The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the amount you paid us for that engagement.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken independently by third-party platforms.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover losses we incur from claims caused by your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of someone else’s rights, for example asking us to recover an account you do not own.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly are subject to the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country.

We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect, and the terms in force when you agreed an engagement continue to govern that engagement.
